Shipping and Handling All Shipments to Canada and the US are free! All shipping services used by info@iluvjewels.com provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.
International Shipping Shipping charges outside of Canada and the U.S. are at a fixed rate of $50.00 (CDN) and will be added to your entire order.Depending upon location, shipping charges may increase (usually this is for bulk orders). In this case, an invoice for additional shipping charges will be e-mailed through paypal before your order is completed and shipped.

Wrong address, non received items and returns: If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to shipping information provided above). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
Exchanges Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the package delivery date. The items must not be worn, altered, or damaged . We do not accept returns,but we issue credit notes for the entire amount of the item and the credit note is valid for 12 months after original purchase. All exchanges must be authorized by us prior to being sent; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with an exchange or credit note authorization via info@iluvjewels.com. You will be provided with instructions along with an authorization number. The authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
United States: All items sent from the US should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.
